Essex golds for James & M40 team

James Connor defended his Essex Masters title to lead home the Havering AC M40 squad to team gold at the Essex Veterans Cross Country Championships held at a very wet and muddy Epping Forest course on Saturday. --> REPORT & RESULTS

Two wins at Essex League Round 4

There was an individual win for James Stewart for the senior men and a team win for the senior women to confirm that they have lifted the league title with one match to spare, as the club jointly hosted the fourth round of the Essex Cross Country League with Chelmsford AC at a very muddy Writtle University course on Saturday--> REPORT & RESULTS

Busy weekend for club athletes

A busy weekend saw club athletes in action at the Essex League and four other events. The highlight of the Essex League Round 3 saw Kate O'Neil lead the senior women to victory. James Connor was first M40 home for England in the Home Countries international in Belfast. Lauren Reed represented Essex in the Southern Inter Counties at the Brighton 10k, 21 club athletes ran for Havering at the London Youth Games and a club trio won team bronze at the Eastern Champs--> REPORT & RESULTS
