The Under 17 men’s trio added South of England relay gold to their Essex Cross Country Relay title that they won seven days earlier as they came from behind to win gold at Wormwood Scrubs on Saturday. --> REPORT

Five medals in Essex XC Relay

Havering AC teams started the winter season well by winning two golds and three silvers at the Essex Cross Country Relays held at Hylands Park on Saturday. There were team golds for the U17M & M40 & silvers for the senior women, M60 & U17Ws. --> REPORT

Three medal in Eastern Pentathlons

The final event of the summer 2025 track and field season saw three club young athletes win medals at the East of England & Essex County Pentathlon Championships at Peterborough on Sunday. Jasmine Asmal (U17W), Abigail Adegite (U15G) & Edie Smith (U13G) all made the podium . -->  REPORT
