Records fall at sunny Essex Champs
Club athletes were in record breaking form as the two-day Essex County Championships were held in warm and sunny conditions at Chelmsford this weekend, with five club records falling on the way to athletes winning 13 golds and over 20 other medals.. --> REPORT RESULTS

BUCS: Steph Okoro gold & bronze
Steph Okoro (Brunel University) came away from Manchester with the BUCS (British Universities) 400m hurdles gold and a relay bronze. Also in action were Olivia Boachie (400m), Maddie Barker (1500), Isaac Ogunlade, Akeem Akintokun & Calvin Sanni (all 400m) and Hal Hutton (JT) & Katie Ennis (DT). --> REPORT

YDL U13/15s 2nd: Ayla breaks JT record
Havering’s young athletes rose to the challenge on home turf, recording PBs on their way to 2nd to a very strong Croydon team in their opening YDL Div1 fixture at Hornchurch track on Saturday. Ayla Baker broke the U15G Javelin record for the 3rd time. --> REPORT RESULTS

London Marathon & Mini marathon
James Connor improved the club M40 marathon best by over 15 minutes clocking 2:21.43 on Sunday. Lauren Reed finished in 2:40.50 just two minutes shy of her own club record of 2:38.02 set in last year’s event. Twenty-one club athletes competed for the Havering Borough teams in the London Mini Marathon on Saturday. The U15 Girls lifted the team prize --> REPORT
