Best results so far in Essex XC League

Havering athletes had their best league results of the winter at Round 3 of the Essex Cross Country League at a tough Hadleigh Country Park  There were individual wins for Findlay McLaren and Lauren Reed and a team win for the senior women. ---> REPORT

Track & Field Awards Evening

Club athletes' successes were celebrated at the annual Track & Field Awards evening on Friday. As well as the track, field and team member awards in each age group, there were best performance awards, the Bill Woodberry Relay Trophy & the Sidney Edwards Services to Coaching Award--> REPORT & PICS

LYG Clash affects Essex XC Round 2 

With almost 20 club youngsters at the London Youth Games, R2 of the Essex XC League was always likely to be less successful than R1.
