Freddie Rowe: London Mini marathon win

Freddie Rowe came up trumps with victory in the TCS London Mini Marathon U18M event on Saturday crossing the line ahead of Bromley’s Joe Scanes to win the British Road Race Challenge as well as the London Boroughs Challenge. Sam Atkins was the fastest club member in Sunday’s main marathon clocking a good 2:44:29 seconds. -->  REPORT

Kieran earns Commonwealth selection

Kieran O'Hara is one of the 20-striong Team England para-Athletics squad selected for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow this summer. Kieran will be going for gold in the T20 1500m final on Monday 27th July. Well done Kieran and coach Pat Gahagan, and support team. -->  NEWS RELEASE

YDL U18/U20s third at opener

Havering’s YDL U18/U20 squad got their season off to a solid start on home territory as they finished third at Hornchurch Stadium on Sunday. The strong U18 squads competed well but lack of U20s affected the overall position.
