Kate seventh in National XC Champs

South of England champion Kate O’Neill achieved her highest national finish when she placed seventh in the National event at Sedgefield County Durham on Saturday. Eight senior men also made the long trip to the northeast with Sam Atkins was first club athlete home in 177th.--> REPORT

Two golds in Masters Indoor Champs

There were two gold medals for club athletes at this weekend’s British Masters Indoor Championships at Lee Valley. Chloe William won W35 60m hurdles gold in anew club record and Luke Williams won M35 pole vault gold->  REPORT

Five medals at Southern Indoor Champs

Club athletes started the indoor season well, bringing back five medals from the well-attended two-day South of England Indoor Age Group Championships at Lee Valley at the weekend. -->  REPORT

Four wins at Essex XC League Round 4

There were two individual and two team victories for Havering athletes as the fourth of the five round Essex Cross Country League season was held at Colchester’s Hilly Fields course on Saturday. --->  REPORT

We do still have a good stock of T-shirts and shorts so please check if we have your required garment in stock before ordering online.
