Five compete at English Schools XC

Five club athletes represented the Essex Schools team at the English Schools Championships at the Sefton Park Liverpool course in sunny conditions on Saturday.  Freddie Rowe led home the Essex seniors in 15th and Orla Friel was one of the scoring Inter girls who were runners up. -->  REPORT

Fred fourth & Kate fifth in Inter Counties

Freddie Rowe was fourth and Kate O’Neill fifth as the eight club athletes wore the red vests of Essex at the Inter Counties Cross Country Championships at the iconic undulating Wollaton Park, Nottingham parkland course that is home to this event. -->  REPORT

Five golds at Essex & Eastern Indoors

Club athletes brought home over 20 medals including five gold from at the two-day Essex and Eastern Indoor Championships held at Lee Valley this weekend. Meanwhile Stateside Ruby Tillson had her best results for the UConn winning the Big East Indoor Champs pentathlon in a new PB points tally. --> REPORT

Kate seventh in National XC Champs

South of England champion Kate O’Neill achieved her highest national finish when she placed seventh in the National event at Sedgefield County Durham on Saturday. Eight senior men also made the long trip to the northeast with Sam Atkins was first club athlete home in 177th.--> REPORT​
