SAL team face uphill battle
A 6th place finish for the Southern League team at Little Marlow on Sunday gives the squad an uphill battle to hold onto their Division 1 place. Freddie Rowe wins Euro Under 18 gold
Freddie Rowe lived up to his top billing when he won 1500m gold for Great Britain at the European Under 18 Championships in Rieti, Italy on Sunday as his GB colleague Alastair Street came through for silver.

12 medals at Essex relays & U12 Champs
