U18s silver in National Relay Champs
Just a week after the European Athletics Championships took place at Birmingham’s Alexander Stadium, four teams of club athletes were in action at the same venue at the National Relay Championships. The highlight saw the U18 4x400m squad of Aidan Doherty, Shea Sweeney, Findlay McLaren & Freddie Rowe win silver in a new club U20 record of 3m 22.38s, beating the mark set in 1980. .--> REPORT

SAL team third in final fixture
The Southern League team produced their best result of the season with a third place finish at a sweltering Medway Park, Gillingham on Saturday but it was too little, too late as results in earlier rounds meant that the team lost their place in Division 1, after two seasons in the top flight. -->
